Going from a 20th century horse and buggy silo system to a21st century sustainable innovation investment system is as complex a problem as you can get yet it was already done using the Silo driven Ottawa community from 1995 to 2010 to test blockchain. Using a 50 partner community supercluster. Changing legislation to support crowd funding that open the door to introduce the system in 2002 to community incubator and accelerator thinking. Through the new Federal innovation department. The staff recommended support the system saw it as to disruptive to the horse and buggy silo vision and we been and will continue to lose in a world of technology and one reality. We have no border. Between do have a lot of problems that do have solutions, but like anything attached to change. You first have to give u something or risk it to get something of value to all the community. That we already understand money no longer the key it’s a small part that require thinking outside the 20th century horse and buggy vision and apply innovation and a lot of collaboration . Like the community of Ottawa did from 1995 to 2010 opening the door to sustainable change by using open source thinking . By address what money could not when dealing with the issue that came out of the 1989 economic down turn. After the exerts with big budgets could not and actual said what was proposed could not work. As it was not the way the system worked. Yet it’s what now driving change on a Global scale. Leaving Canada horse and buggy system struggling with change. When they actually have a constitution based on Blockchain thinking. We’re each remain independent to compete but come together to collaborate to cut cost and improve sustainability for each of the provinces. Once you remove money and the privileged few from being at the head of the table to being at the table to build a more sustainable future for all not just a privileged few , but do not lose the benefits of sustainable collaboration as a country. Rather than a group of silos with limited 21st century vision. In a world f technology and no borders. Only out of control inflation and a work force tired of being seen as a financial liability . To be tossed after burn out thinking by the executive. Looking after the expectations of the investor. Leaving fir greener pasture and leaving the comm7 it’s and government with sustainability problem. Due to a privileged few. Saying not my job. Now come down to sustainability problem solving
