Taking the discussion where we left last time with our whitepaper on DevOps Transformation trying to unfold the“unique” secret of a successful transformation towards DevOps. It becomes more evident we need more collaboration on how we will adopt our transformation with continuously evolving needs, increasing pace, quality and security. The success of this huge culture transformation initiative dependson continuous learning from failures, continuous feedback and our ability to change the course. Lastly, continuous Innovation considering automation as a pivotal ingredient.While we study the next steps bringing structured approach towards DevOps transformation, assessment is one of the first steps. This paper is primarily inspired by a talk that was presented at DevOps Summit 2020, Canada by MarcHornbeek.
